The AVP returned to the piers right next to the Bay Bridge in San Francisco. This time Ron went to the Saturday semi-finals rather than the Sunday Finals. It was a lot easier to get good seating and it was a chance to see a greater variety of players.
As usual, Todd Rogers and Phil Dauhausser were the big semi-final winners for the men. And again as usual, Nicole Branaugh and Elaine Youngs beat all the women.
